Responsibilities
- Independently investigate and resolve issues across critical business applications.
- Monitor system alerts, logs, and performance to identify potential issues before they affect operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine root causes and implement effective fixes.
- Document troubleshooting procedures and resolutions for the knowledge base.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Share knowledge with and guide junior team members on complex issues.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Python.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting software applications.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyze logs and error messages to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- AI Agents & Workflow Integration experience is preferred.
