Responsibilities

  • Design and build Clara’s website, including page templates, reusable components, and a scalable design system.
  • Use AI tools and agentic workflows to take web projects from brief through production and coordinate parallel implementation, QA, accessibility, performance, content, analytics, and localization workstreams.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes and explore multiple layout, interaction, and component directions before bringing selected concepts to production quality.
  • Scout, pilot, and adopt AI-assisted design and development tools and workflows.
  • Maintain consistent quality across websites, product demos, landing pages, interactive tools, and campaign experiences.
  • Build automated QA processes that check visual consistency, responsive behavior, accessibility, performance, broken links, tracking, localization, and regressions.
  • Use experimentation and conversion results to continuously improve web experiences.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience designing and shipping websites or landing pages with measurable business impact.
  • A strong portfolio of live sites or pages demonstrating conversion results; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
  • Strong product and content judgment, including the ability to turn product capabilities and messaging into clear web experiences.
  • Production-level skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and a modern framework such as React, Next.js, or Astro.
  • Experience designing multi-step or multi-agent AI workflows and coordinating agents with scoped responsibilities.
  • Experience with agent orchestration frameworks, coding agents, MCP-based workflows, or tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, OpenCode, or Codex.
  • Working knowledge of Git-based workflows, preview deployments, staging environments, QA, and production releases.
  • Daily practical use of AI coding and design tools and comfort participating directly in software delivery.
  • Strong prompting skills and the ability to provide models with useful context, constraints, and references.
  • Expertise in Figma and experience building or maintaining design systems or component libraries.
  • Experience with experimentation, including A/B tests, iteration frameworks, and learning from results.
  • Ability to communicate with creative and analytical teams and manage multiple markets and languages in parallel.
  • Preferred experience includes no-code-to-custom-stack migrations, headless CMS platforms, custom GPTs or AI agents, motion and interaction design, analytics or attribution tools, feature flags, experimentation platforms, GitHub Actions, multi-market portfolios, or B2B SaaS and fintech.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and stock options through an ESOP from day one.
  • Annual learning budget and accelerated development paths.
  • English is the working language, with Spanish and Portuguese used daily.
  • Hybrid work across the office, customers, and home, with no fixed minimum office-day requirement for most roles; office time is expected naturally and may increase during ramp-up or at the leader’s request.
