Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines for model training.
- Deploy and serve secure machine learning models using Docker and FastAPI for batch and real-time inference.
- Implement CI/CD automation for ML projects, including testing, model validation, and deployment workflows with GitHub Actions.
- Manage the full ML lifecycle, including model versioning, packaging, registration, and governance with MLflow and Airflow.
- Monitor model performance, data drift, and production system health, and initiate retraining or tuning when needed.
- Collaborate across teams, provide solutions to technical problems, make team decisions, and contribute to key organizational decisions.
- Mentor junior professionals and improve existing processes and workflows.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in Machine Learning Operations is stated in the additional information.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong engineering experience and advanced Python skills.
- Proficiency in Machine Learning Operations and a thorough understanding of infrastructure required for MLOps implementation.
- Mandatory experience with MLflow and Airflow.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and production model implementation and optimization.
- Exposure to cloud-based services, including AI services, and multi-cloud skills.
