Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end testing of Matillion’s SaaS applications using appropriate testing approaches for distributed systems.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks for contract, integration, accessibility, performance, and security testing.
- Maintain and improve quality frameworks while promoting shift-left testing and quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product quality and customer-focused testing practices.
- Identify and improve areas of the overall quality journey.
- Mentor team members and assist with recruitment.
Requirements
- Strong experience managing end-to-end testing of SaaS applications and understanding the Test Pyramid and test automation.
- Coding proficiency in Java or JavaScript and experience with Cypress, Playwright, and Pact.
- Experience developing and maintaining automated testing tools for contract, integration, accessibility, performance, and security testing.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and CI/CD tooling.
- Experience with at least one of AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus good knowledge of databases and SQL.
