Base Salary
$140k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship end-to-end product features across backend services, APIs, the runtime, dashboard, and developer-facing UIs.
- Build APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, MCP integrations, and the web application used by developers and AI agents.
- Work directly with customers to understand integration and agent use cases and translate those insights into product improvements.
- Design systems that remain reliable and performant as usage grows.
- Shape the product roadmap and make high-ownership product and technical decisions.
- Engage with the open-source community and maintain the company repository.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience at a senior level or above.
- Strong backend fundamentals in APIs, databases, distributed systems, and performance.
- Professional experience across the stack with TypeScript, Node.js services, and React frontends.
- Product-oriented approach with strong communication, ownership, autonomy, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment and collaborate with customers and teammates.
- Based in North America, LATAM, or Europe.
- Preferred: production experience building AI agents or agent infrastructure, including tool calling, orchestration, evaluations, or MCP.
- Preferred: experience in forward-deployed, solutions, or other customer-facing developer roles.
- Preferred: experience shipping polished dashboards or developer UIs.
- Preferred: experience building developer tools or open-source projects.
