Responsibilities
- Design and author OpenAPI specification documents from business and technical requirements.
- Implement scalable, performant API endpoints according to approved specifications.
- Write automated unit and integration tests and apply test-driven development practices.
- Use CI/CD pipelines to build, test, and deploy API services.
- Collaborate with architects, engineering leads, managers, and product managers in a distributed team.
- Monitor, support, and maintain deployed services throughout their product lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous learning and the team’s technical growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or a related field.
- 0–1 years of related work experience.
- Good understanding of Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Experience with relational databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Familiarity with unit, regression, integration, and load testing is a plus.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a geographically distributed team.
