Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and run AI-driven applications across multiple NN business units.
- Develop, refactor, and operationalize traditional machine learning models using Python and ML frameworks.
- Build and deploy LLM-powered applications, including RAG pipelines, AI agents, and Copilot-like solutions.
- Own the full AI solution lifecycle from data preparation and model development through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize models and systems for performance, scalability, cost efficiency, and user experience.
- Contribute to solution design and make engineering trade-offs while scaling solutions across countries.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ML/AI engineering, including hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, and traditional ML.
- Proficiency in Python and ML/AI frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Experience with agentic AI, RAG, and MLOps/LLMOps practices and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Databricks Mosaic AI.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure, plus Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, FastAPI, and integration patterns.
- Advanced English proficiency for work in an international environment.
