Responsibilities

Design and build orchestration and planning systems for Dropbox’s agent platform.
Implement real-time execution frameworks for reliable multi-agent coordination.
Develop clean APIs, data models, and protocols for new agent capabilities.
Build and maintain the evaluation platform to measure agent performance.
Establish observability, testing, and debugging workflows for production systems.
Collaborate with AI research and product teams to translate goals into robust systems.
Contribute to technical roadmaps and architecture reviews for platform evolution.

9+ years of professional software engineering experience with production-scale systems.
Proven experience in building orchestration, workflow, or scheduling systems.
Strong understanding of system design, service reliability, and API design.
Ability to drive complex technical projects and collaborate across teams.
Strong analytical skills focused on measurable outcomes.
Excellent communication skills to influence technical direction.
