Responsibilities

Assess customers’ business and technology goals, challenges, and existing processes.
Lead or support Dynamics 365 F&SCM workshops with stakeholders across pre-sales, sales, and delivery.
Own or contribute to the full Dynamics 365 F&SCM implementation lifecycle from startup and analysis through design and production cutover.
Gather and align requirements with business objectives in collaboration with clients, project stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
Provide high-level Dynamics 365 F&SCM cloud platform expertise and lead proof-of-concepts for complex or novel situations.
Coordinate expectations, deliverables, milestones, quality, and other activities with design, development, and testing teams.
Support business development through opportunity qualification, scoping, solutioning, proposal writing, presentations, and demonstrations.
Coach and mentor internal team members and support Project Managers with planning, estimates, delivery tracking, and ways of working.
Drive compliance with internal and external design authorities and client solution standards.

Extensive experience with pre-sales demonstrations, presentations, and proposal writing.
Extensive expertise configuring, customizing, designing, and implementing Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions.
Experience gathering requirements and developing integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems, including recommending suitable approaches and technologies.
Awareness of the Microsoft technical stack, deployment automation, and ALM processes.
Awareness of Microsoft FastTrack, Success by Design principles, and the wider Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure technology stack.
Experience with digital transformation in retail, manufacturing, or professional services.
Experience leading and managing teams delivering ERP solutions.
Relevant Finance and Supply Chain Management qualifications or certifications, including MB-920, MB-310, MB-330, MB-500, or MB-700.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, autonomous working, and teamwork skills.

Hybrid working anywhere in the UK, with an expectation of 2–3 office days depending on location.
Office locations include Aberdeen, Glasgow, Manchester, Belfast, London, and Farnham.
