Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to implement new features and optimize existing systems.
- Lead team initiatives and projects.
- Write software in Apex, JavaScript, and Golang.
- Decide between building from scratch or leveraging existing tools.
- Implement integrations with third-party software.
- Support business requirements and prioritize work based on impact.
- Learn new systems and APIs quickly.
- Develop customer empathy to propose system improvements.
- Lead projects from ideation to release.
- Mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably from a top program.
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- Experience shipping customer-facing products or internal tools.
- Flexible and adaptive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for observability and reliability.
- In-depth expertise in Salesforce and related technologies.
- 5+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform.
