Base Salary
$99k - $164k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop fixed income analytics applications for the Yield Book product suite.
- Implement and enhance the Structuring Tool for securitized product analysis and marketing.
- Maintain and modernize the existing codebase while preserving product stability.
- Use AI coding assistants and agentic tools to accelerate development, testing, and code understanding.
- Partner with product management and client service teams to resolve product issues and deliver new features.
- Create unit and integration tests and collaborate with Quality Engineering to ensure deliverable quality.
- Review, validate, refine, and test AI-generated code.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Excellent programming skills in at least one of C/C++, .NET, Java, or Python.
- 1 to 3 years of financial industry experience or academic training.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor in real development work.
- Strong code review skills, automated testing experience, and version control experience.
- Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop deep financial knowledge.
