Responsibilities
- Advise customers as a trusted technical partner on solution approaches, business requirements, implementation risks, and future-state roadmaps.
- Oversee and advise on customer Snowflake platform implementations while providing technical leadership through code, architectures, and recommendations.
- Design, prototype, and implement scalable end-to-end AI/ML solutions on Snowflake.
- Define and advise on MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Drive adoption of Snowflake’s AI product suite, including Cortex, Streamlit in Snowflake, and Snowflake Intelligence.
- Coach customers on leveraging Snowflake’s AI capabilities and collaborate with go-to-market and product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of technical consulting experience.
- Experience leading analytics projects for large enterprises and implementing and operating Snowflake-centric solutions.
- Understanding of the full data analytics workflow, including ETL, data platform design, BI, and analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and frameworks, generative AI and LLM use cases, SQL, and Python; Java or Spark experience is optional.
- Experience with large-scale database technologies such as Snowflake, Netezza, Exadata, Teradata, or Greenplum.
- Experience implementing data security measures and access controls in Snowflake and familiarity with prompt engineering.
- Preferred qualifications include at least 5 years as a solutions architect, data architect, database administrator, or data engineer; application development experience; technical project leadership; services experience at a product company; and AWS, Google, Microsoft Cloud, or Snowflake Snowpro Advanced certifications.
