Responsibilities
- Develop test strategies and independently create test suites and scripts for telephony, cellular, satellite, and related wireless technologies.
- Execute functional and performance testing through automation and manual testing.
- Design and run lab simulations and over-the-air test campaigns.
- Automate testing campaigns using Python and/or C/C++.
- Support development teams by debugging and reproducing issues.
- Use cellular simulators, signal analyzers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and sniffer tools.
- Drive multiple testing projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in telephony, cellular, or satellite functional or performance testing.
- Six or more years of relevant testing experience preferred.
- Experience developing test strategies and executing automated or manual tests.
- Solid understanding of cellular specifications and protocols.
- Proficiency in Python and/or C/C++, with previous automation experience required.
- Experience independently developing test suites, scripts, and automated campaigns.
- Knowledge of and experience using cellular simulators, signal analyzers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and sniffer tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and cross-functional project-driving skills.
