Responsibilities
- Develop functional reference models and performance simulators.
- Interpret hardware specification documents to assist in model development.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and hardware designers to clarify documentation.
- Contribute to modeling infrastructure under guidance from experienced team members.
- Participate in model bring-up, testing, and correlation efforts.
- Support debug activities across various workloads and architectural scenarios.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in C++.
- Familiarity with Python for scripting or tooling.
- Understanding of computer architecture fundamentals.
- Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
- Coursework or projects involving hardware modeling or simulation is preferred.
