Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver mobile product experiences.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of complex Android app features.
- Develop and evolve the in-house Server-Driven UI framework.
- Build and maintain mobile infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, app deployment workflows, and automated UI testing.
- Champion mobile engineering best practices and high quality standards.
- Analyse UI details and the overall app experience.
- Build an understanding of the backend systems powering the application.
Requirements
- Strong Android development experience and proficiency with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern Android platform features.
- Experience building and delivering successful products from scratch.
- Proven ability to ship impactful, high-scale mobile applications.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a proactive, ownership-oriented approach.
- Experience building complex reusable modules is valued.
- Experience integrating modern ML/AI technology into app journeys is valued.
- Practical experience with Server-Driven UI, A/B testing, or full-stack development is a bonus.
