Responsibilities
- Support Salesforce and CSML development tasks for ongoing delivery projects.
- Assist with analysis and integrations between Salesforce, RingCentral-related systems, and downstream provisioning systems.
- Participate in testing, defect validation, and troubleshooting for product launch and provisioning changes.
- Create technical documentation, process flows, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Support automation, configuration, and development activities for new product creation and product-change workflows.
- Document business processes, integration touchpoints, and system dependencies.
- Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint deliverables, and other engineering activities under supervision.
Requirements
- Be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
- Have a current program GPA of at least 3.0.
- Be able to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions or future sponsorship needs.
- Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Java, C++, JavaScript, and SQL; familiarity with Salesforce development, backend services, enterprise application architecture, provisioning workflows, and system integrations; and the ability to troubleshoot, test, and analyze integrated systems.
