Responsibilities
- Develop SLT test execution frameworks that host validation-provided tests in OSAT production environments.
- Build wrappers, harnesses, and abstraction layers for deterministic test execution, dependency management, configuration control, and structured error handling.
- Integrate functional, stress, and diagnostic tests into SLT platforms and adapt them for high-volume manufacturing.
- Create logging, telemetry, failure-signature, automated-triage, and data-standard capabilities for yield analysis and RMA investigations.
- Control test equipment and automate handlers or external instruments through standard communication protocols.
- Debug issues across test hardware, Linux hosts, firmware, drivers, operating systems, silicon, and test content.
- Collaborate with validation, firmware, silicon debug, product engineering, manufacturing, OSAT, and fab teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in system-level test, embedded systems, software architecture, or hardware/software integration.
- Strong skills in C/C++, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Experience applying object-oriented design principles to modular, maintainable, and extensible test frameworks.
- Ability to debug across test hardware, firmware, drivers, Linux hosts, and operating systems.
- Experience controlling test equipment or automating handlers and external instruments through standard communication protocols.
- Experience with JTAG, boundary scan, DFT, high-volume manufacturing, NPI, Git, or CI/CD is a plus.
