Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
- Deliver end-to-end data engineering solutions, including large-scale projects.
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and present solutions to senior customer stakeholders.
- Evangelize and evolve engineering best practices for clients and colleagues.
- Mentor team members and support their professional development.
- Continuously develop technical skills across Microsoft Fabric and AI technologies and maintain relevant certifications.
- For Senior Consultant roles, lead small development teams, track work, manage assignments, and support delivery capacity.
Requirements
- Proven Microsoft Fabric delivery experience with a strong background in data engineering.
- Demonstrable end-to-end experience delivering data engineering solutions, including large-scale projects.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure technologies such as Synapse, Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, Purview, Cosmos DB, OpenAI, Azure ML, and AI Foundry.
- Solid understanding of software engineering concepts and hands-on experience with Python, Scala or PySpark, data modeling techniques, database technologies, and SQL.
- Confident communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to mentor junior colleagues.
- Senior Consultant candidates should have experience leading small development teams, tracking work, managing assignments, and supporting delivery capacity.
- Analytical, curious, agile, self-motivated, innovative, quality-driven, collaborative, and effective at problem solving.
