Responsibilities
- Understand business processes and operational problems in depth and identify opportunities for AI, software, and process change.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape solutions that improve how work gets done.
- Design, build, integrate, and evolve production-grade software and agentic AI systems.
- Develop applications, APIs, data components, AI components, and agentic workflows.
- Carry initiatives from discovery and experimentation through implementation and production operation.
- Ensure solutions can be evaluated, monitored, and operated reliably in production.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience building and shipping AI-enabled applications or systems.
- Experience with core engineering practices including Git, automated testing, containers, and CI/CD.
- Practical understanding of generative AI, agentic systems, tool use, evaluation, observability, failure modes, and production concerns.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies and domains quickly while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Strong business judgment, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in understanding real-world business processes and solving complex problems as part of an engineering team.
