Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy software in customer environments while ensuring reliability and performance across complex workflows.
- Troubleshoot backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, databases, and frontend systems.
- Travel to customer sites and embed with operations teams to build trusted technical relationships.
- Prototype products and iterate using live customer data and direct feedback.
- Represent customer needs in product discussions and translate field insights into roadmap priorities, solutions, and integrations.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to turn successful prototypes into production code.
- Create repeatable integration playbooks and maintain documentation and training resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Aerospace, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience, focused on customer-facing roles.
- Proven experience building, deploying, or supporting production software in mission-critical environments.
- Proficiency in Python; TypeScript, Java, or similar experience is a plus.
- Experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, Amp, and ChatGPT.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; databases; and Docker or Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong product sense, and the ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Certified Kubernetes Administrator are a plus.
- Active U.S. TS/SCI security clearance is required.
- Must meet applicable ITAR eligibility requirements or be eligible to obtain required authorizations.
