Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy software in customer environments for reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot issues across backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, databases, and frontend.
- Travel to customer sites and build trusted technical relationships with operations teams.
- Prototype products and iterate quickly using live customer data and feedback.
- Act as the voice of the customer in product discussions, translating insights into roadmap priorities.
- Partner with Product & Engineering to turn prototypes into production code.
- Develop playbooks for repeatable integrations and maintain documentation and training resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Aerospace, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on customer-facing roles.
- Proven track record in building, deploying, or supporting production software in mission-critical environments.
- Proficiency in Python; experience with TypeScript, Java, or similar is a plus.
- Experience with AI tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong product sense and problem-solving abilities.
- Bias toward action and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
- Active US Security Clearance (TS/SCI) required.
