Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, test, implement, and enhance SmartStream TLM solutions.
- Create production and non-production cloud environments and automate environment provisioning and configuration.
- Deploy automation pipelines and maintain development and test environments.
- Configure and support trade, position, and stock reconciliation, including exception handling and reconciliation rules.
- Manage configuration, code repositories, application upgrades, migrations, defect analysis, and bug fixes.
- Perform requirements analysis and support the software development lifecycle from development through production support.
- Execute unit, system integration, user acceptance, and user verification testing and prepare test cases and test designs.
- Create and maintain business requirements, functional specification, technical design, and other documentation.
- Lead project execution, coordinate team activities, manage JIRA stories and tasks, and provide project status updates.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with business users, project teams, stakeholders, and management.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of hands-on experience with SmartStream Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM).
- Strong proficiency configuring and implementing the SmartStream TLM Application Suite, including TLM Control, TLM SmartStudio, TLM Recon Admin, TLM View, and MI.
- Experience with solution configuration, front-end business application tools, database table updates, automation tools, and scripting languages.
- Experience with unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, test design, configuration management, code management, and environment maintenance.
- Experience creating business requirement documents, functional specifications, and technical design documents.
- Knowledge of trade, position, and stock reconciliation, including STSL tables, asset classes, link and unlink functionality, department codes, and edit configurations.
- Working knowledge of at least one of Oracle, Sybase, or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Working knowledge of at least two of Windows, Unix, or Linux.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, organizational, and ownership skills.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education, stated as a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
