Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with operations and Workforce Management teams to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Design automation architectures using RPA, scripting, APIs, AI/LLM integration, and agentic workflows.
- Build, test, and deploy production automations, including scripts, RPA workflows, data pipelines, and AI-driven integrations.
- Align stakeholders by communicating technical solutions, business impact, and implementation timelines to non-technical audiences.
- Mentor operational staff and team leads on automation practices and support citizen developer initiatives.
- Measure automation outcomes such as time savings, productivity gains, and efficiency improvements, and develop ROI-focused business cases.
Requirements
- Business-level written and verbal English proficiency is required.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, automation development, or technical solution engineering delivering complex automation systems.
- Expertise in at least one of UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or n8n, plus Python, Java, or PowerShell scripting.
- Strong foundation in SQL, data transformation, API integration, system architectures, data pipelines, and service-based automation solutions.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker; and CI/CD pipelines.
- Practical expertise with LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Gemini, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agentic AI workflows, and prompt engineering.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, independent delivery, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience building complex automation systems.
- Experience with contact center operations, Workforce Management, operational reporting, Verint, Workday, operational analytics, business intelligence, automation enablement programs, citizen developer initiatives, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or ROI-driven business cases is advantageous.
