Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end OS capabilities including kernel and userspace services.
- Integrate and maintain OS components such as scheduling, memory management, and drivers.
- Design and implement security and privacy mechanisms for the OS.
- Establish performance and power discipline through instrumentation and profiling.
- Build debugging and observability tools for the OS.
- Provide stable platform interfaces for application and UI frameworks.
- Contribute to reliability and release readiness through testing and incident response.
Requirements
- Strong experience with systems programming, particularly in Linux or BSD.
- Professional proficiency in C and C++ for low-level systems development.
- Experience building or maintaining core OS services and platform software.
- Proven track record of debugging complex issues across kernel and userspace.
- Familiarity with security fundamentals in OS design.
