Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver features across the platform.
- Write and deploy high-quality, production-grade code daily.
- Translate messy, real-world processes into clean, reliable software.
- Review designs, mentor peers, and improve developer experience.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, API contracts, and data models.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience (10+ for Staff).
- Experience building and delivering full-stack features using modern web technologies.
- Active use of AI coding tools in daily workflow.
- Demonstrated leadership and ownership in previous roles.
- Experience designing systems for quick iterations and long-term reliability.
