Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Analyze user needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient applications.
- Develop and implement software solutions aligned with project goals.
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot application issues.
- Participate independently in team discussions, contribute solutions, and develop subject-matter expertise.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in application development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Scrum is required.
- Proficiency in Scrum and understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
- Experience with software development lifecycle practices and project management tools.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment practices.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
