Responsibilities

- Identify the benefits, drawbacks, risks, and implementation requirements of different solutions.
- Investigate methods for integrating team-specific documentation, coding guidelines, and development practices into AI assistants.
- Explore approaches for maintaining and sharing AI-based knowledge across the software team.
- Implement one or more proof-of-concept team-specific AI assistant solutions.
- Assess impacts on developer productivity, onboarding, and software quality.
Requirements
- Be a motivated thesis student with a hands-on mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Have an interest in industrial automation, robotics, and product development.
- Relevant skills include control engineering and software engineering.
