Responsibilities
- Assist with developing AI agents for operations using LangChain, LangGraph, or DeepAgents, including prompt engineering, tool integration, and RAG knowledge-base setup.
- Support observability pipelines by collecting metrics, logs, and traces and building dashboards and alerting rules with Zabbix, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Splunk.
- Write Python and Shell scripts for operational automation and learn Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
- Test agent workflows, document hallucinations, context overflow, and task failures, and suggest improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation, test cases, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Research AgenticOps, AIOps, and multi-agent systems and present findings to the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational requirements into agent workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related listed field.
- Basic Python programming skills and familiarity with the Linux command line and Git version control.
- Fundamental knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, and databases.
- Excellent English proficiency; fluent spoken Mandarin is highly preferred.
