Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans, cases, and strategies.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated testing frameworks using industry best practices.
- Validate functional and non-functional requirements, including performance and security criteria.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams across geographies.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution with development teams.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers in test design, automation, and operational reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 6 years of Quality Assurance experience, including a minimum of 3 years focused on test automation.
- Strong experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks with tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience with public cloud services, preferably AWS.
- Full-stack QA experience across UI, APIs, and operations or CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Healthcare interoperability experience with HL7 and FHIR is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across functional and geographic teams.
