Responsibilities

  • Develop new mobile software solutions and features aligned with business needs and technology architecture standards.
  • Perform unit, component, integration, and other testing; debug programs and maintain quality, defect-free code.
  • Implement small enhancements and break/fix changes, provide code maintenance, and support testing and post-production deployments.
  • Analyze technical requirements, recommend engineering solutions, and contribute to coding and story estimates.
  • Conduct peer code reviews, quality management reviews, operational readiness reviews, and solution design sign-offs.
  • Document and verify application components, infrastructure, security, integration, operability, and architecture designs.
  • Provide technical expertise during incident management, analyze outages, assess impact, and support incident resolution and communications.
  • Identify development, testing, automation, process improvement, remediation, and cost-effectiveness opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technology partners, business stakeholders, and control functions to meet requirements, performance, risk, governance, and regulatory objectives.
  • Mentor and enable team members through knowledge sharing, guidance, cross-training, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree, postgraduate degree, or technical certificate.
  • Strong academic background, such as computer science or engineering.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant engineering frameworks, technology, tools, processes, procedures, and programming languages.
  • Ability to independently perform complex technical tasks and develop, adapt, integrate, code, test, and debug programs.
  • Knowledge of software engineering quality practices, incident management, risk management, governance, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and communicate project and operational status effectively.
