Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize SAP SD processes for order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, returns, and refunds.
- Support end-to-end implementation cycles from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems using standard APIs and middleware.
- Use AI copilots and pre-built AI capabilities for process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, test planning, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Apply SDLC practices, audit controls, pricing governance, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct workshops and solution walkthroughs and collaborate with logistics, finance, supply chain, master data, technical, sales, and AI teams.
- Create reusable templates, test packs, and AI-assisted best practices to improve O2C efficiency, pricing accuracy, and billing reliability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) expertise and understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash processes.
- Experience with order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, pricing procedures, master data, IDocs, outputs, and SD troubleshooting.
- Experience with SAP SD/FI and SD/MM integrations and cross-module dependencies.
- Hands-on experience using AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing or analysis tools.
- Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows without developing custom LLMs or agentic systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations.
- SAP SD Certification in S/4HANA Sales is preferred.
- Experience with SAP Fiori apps, EDI/IDoc integrations, CPI or Boomi middleware, CRM systems, or automation-testing tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and cross-functional stakeholder skills.
