Responsibilities
- Test Light & Wonder products according to functional specifications and project plans.
- Verify compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Create and execute test cases for new and existing requirements.
- Investigate, reproduce, document, and submit product issues, including issues reported from the field.
- Test vendor hardware and firmware updates.
- Coordinate with game, operating system, product development, and external testing teams to resolve issues and support quality releases.
- Identify improvements to testing processes and report project status periodically.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of relevant software quality assurance experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.
- Proficiency in software quality testing and assurance with strong attention to detail.
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Windows OS and Linux environments.
- Understanding of software test methodologies and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Programming languages, scripting, test management tools, and defect management tools are preferred.
- Solid understanding of serial communication protocol.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, diverse professional environment.
