Base Salary
$111k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and launch software for Audible’s Android application.
- Partner with product management to create customer-focused product experiences.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Apply software engineering best practices across design, testing, version control, documentation, build, deployment, and operations.
- Stay current with tools, trends, technologies, and frameworks and share knowledge with the engineering community.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of non-internship professional software development experience.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
- Preferred: experience designing and developing Android applications using Java, Android SDK, Android Studio, APIs, or frameworks.
- Preferred: experience with object-oriented development, multithreading, and data structures.
