Base Salary
$70k - $126k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support deployment and maintenance of development and production environments.
- Assist with CI/CD pipeline implementation and troubleshooting.
- Monitor system health, logging, and alerting platforms.
- Support container orchestration and infrastructure automation efforts.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment-related issues.
- Assist with onboarding users and environment access requests.
- Document operational procedures and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with software developers to improve deployment reliability.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship with TS/SCI and Counter-Intelligence Polygraph clearance.
- 1–3 years of experience in DevOps, systems engineering, or infrastructure support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Linux system administration and experience with Docker or containerized applications.
- Basic experience with GitLab CI/CD and exposure to Terraform or Ansible.
- Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or similar monitoring and logging tools.
- Experience troubleshooting deployment or environment issues and understanding of networking fundamentals and system troubleshooting.
- Ability to work within an Agile Scrum team with moderate supervision.
