Responsibilities
- Define project scope, estimate effort, resolve technical impediments, and coordinate MVP planning with Shapers and Product Owners.
- Propose technical solutions and resolve development, performance, stability, and other technical issues across multidisciplinary projects.
- Lead local-team meetings, synchronize activities with software factories, and coordinate project execution.
- Build software components according to development standards and bank security policies.
- Prepare and execute functional and technical test cases and ensure end-to-end solution operation.
- Coordinate handoff of implemented solutions to the responsible Reliability team.
- Create technical and functional documentation, manuals, and guides, and share technical or functional knowledge.
- Perform additional engineering Scrum Master or Kanban Master responsibilities when assigned, including monthly external-hours reconciliation.
- Perform Engineering Change Lead responsibilities when assigned, including validating traceable technical evidence for production changes.
Requirements
- Experience with cloud services, specifically Amazon and GCP/Ether.
- Knowledge of applied artificial intelligence for automation.
- Experience in the insurance sector is preferred.
- Ability to build software components according to development standards and the bank's security policies.
