Base Salary
$190k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Shape the technical direction of a small, high-impact team.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through pair programming and code reviews.
- Write production-quality C++ and Python code for mission-critical systems.
- Prototype software solutions in an agile development environment.
- Implement high-performance software for tactical systems and web applications.
- Drive technical interchange meetings and customer engagements.
- Own all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and providing technical leadership.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
- Experience with big data/NoSQL/database technologies.
- Knowledge of software design, algorithm implementation, and optimization.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and applied mathematics.
- Eligible for U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
