Responsibilities
- Develop and support enterprise-scale applications, integrations, and data-management solutions.
- Design and implement APIs, abstractions, and integration patterns for distributed-computing problems.
- Define technical requirements, extract and transform data, automate and productionize jobs, and explore Big Data technologies in parallel-processing environments.
- Interface with customers to understand strategic requirements and align solutions with client initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers while guiding junior staff and addressing technical challenges.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Hands-on programming experience with Python or Scala, with experience in Java, C++, or similar languages.
- Understanding of functional and object-oriented programming, application development, integration development, data management, and enterprise-level code.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced startup environment.
