Responsibilities
- Migrate and evolve Jenkins and Bitbucket workflows to GitHub Actions standards.
- Automate Microsoft Azure provisioning with Terraform and create scalable, isolated multi-tenant and hospital-specific environments.
- Implement automated security gates using Snyk, SonarQube, and Fossa.
- Migrate Log4net monitoring to OpenTelemetry and integrate logs with centralized SIEM and Azure Monitor.
- Support Docker and Kubernetes/AKS migrations from on-premise systems to cloud-native environments.
- Transition Atlassian tooling to GitHub, Jira, and Polarion while maintaining full lifecycle traceability.
- Manage Windows Server and SOAP/WCF services during encapsulation phases.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Configure Azure Recovery Services Vault backup strategies and support RTO/RPO targets.
- Use Azure AD/Entra ID, NIST audit procedures, KQL, Log Analytics, ArgoCD, or Flux as applicable.
- Identify and mitigate infrastructure single points of failure and contribute to team technical growth.
Requirements
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, and VNETs.
- Deep proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes, including AKS.
- Solid knowledge of Terraform for multi-tenant and hospital-specific environment isolation.
- Experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, GitHub, Jira, and Polarion.
- Experience with Windows Server and SOAP/WCF services.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID, NIST audit procedures, and security governance is recommended.
- Experience with Azure Recovery Services Vaults and disaster-recovery backup strategies is recommended.
- Proficiency in KQL and Log Analytics is recommended.
- Familiarity with ArgoCD or Flux is recommended.
- Fluent Spanish and essential English proficiency are required.
