Responsibilities
- Design and develop production code for trading strategies, including pricing models and execution logic.
- Analyze and incorporate market signals into trading systems to enhance decision-making.
- Propose new solutions and optimizations to advance the existing codebase.
- Participate in rapid prototyping of trading solutions driven by quantitative analysis.
- Stay informed on industry trends to adjust strategies and innovations.
- Respond quickly to changing market conditions and solve mathematical challenges.
- Engage in ongoing learning to deepen understanding of financial markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
- 3+ years of experience in a quantitative or programming role, preferably in finance or trading.
- Proficient programming skills in Python; C++ is a plus.
- Desire and ability to learn the complexities of financial markets.
- Deep understanding of Linear Algebra, Numerical Methods, Statistics, and Machine Learning.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interest in financial markets and trading.
