Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, primarily Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud.
- Design, execute, and maintain functional, regression, integration, sanity, and user acceptance testing for Salesforce implementations.
- Define test environment and test data requirements and collaborate with development teams on test readiness.
- Validate Salesforce CPQ processes including product configuration, pricing, product rules, quoting, approvals, amendments, renewals, and order management.
- Perform integration testing to validate data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce objects and integrated systems.
- Automate and execute regression test suites to improve coverage and release quality.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and identify defects.
- Track, prioritize, and report defects using Jira or similar tools.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and improve QA processes and automation practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in functional and automation testing of Salesforce applications.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce CPQ functionality.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud business processes and functionality.
- Expertise with at least one QA automation tool such as Provar, Selenium, or an equivalent framework.
- Experience preparing test strategies, plans, scenarios, and detailed test cases.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API testing and integration validation.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and platform customizations.
- Experience with regression test automation, test execution, and Jira or similar defect-management tools.
- Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Preferred experience includes Salesforce Billing, load and performance testing, Revenue Cloud, external Salesforce integrations, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and TestNG.
- Preferred certifications include Provar Automation, Selenium WebDriver, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Advanced Administrator.
