Base Salary

$106k - $176k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Validate BLE interfaces for Nordic- and Silicon Labs-based CGM transmitters and the Dexcom G7 application.
  • Execute BLE interoperability tests across vendors and versions to evaluate system performance and compatibility.
  • Perform system-level testing for intended use, cross-body operation, direct-to-watch functionality, range, and interoperability.
  • Analyze test results and provide feedback for next-generation CGM transmitters.
  • Debug customer-reported issues and support development teams and vendors in resolving them.
  • Develop functional and stability tests using Python, Android Debug Bridge, Selenium, and Appium.
  • Create user stories and defect cards in Jira and Confluence and maintain code in the repository using GitHub.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical/electronic engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience, or a master’s degree and 2–5 years of equivalent industry experience, or a PhD and 0–2 years of experience.
  • Requires 2–4 years of firmware or embedded testing experience.
  • Requires at least 2 years of Python script development experience.
  • Experience developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts is required.
  • Experience with Embedded C is a plus.
  • Preferred experience includes C, C++, Embedded C, Python, SSH Client, Arduino, JIRA, JTAG, PyCharm, Ellisys Sniffer, Wireshark, MATLAB, GPIO, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, TCP/IP, and UDP.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
