Base Salary
$300k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-agent and RL approaches for agentic code generation.
- Build research prototypes that integrate with nectar and collaborate to productionize wins.
- Create evaluation suites including task specs, pass/fail checkers, and dashboards.
- Acquire and curate datasets from various sources and generate synthetic data as needed.
- Analyze experiments with disciplined ablations and document results.
- Stay current on developments in LLM agents and reinforcement learning.
Requirements
- PhD in CS/AI/ML or equivalent research experience with relevant publications.
- Strong experience in Python and ML frameworks, preferably PyTorch.
- Demonstrated ability to turn research into working systems with a reproducibility mindset.
- Experience designing evaluation harnesses and success metrics for sequential tasks.
- Comfortable with data acquisition and curation from technical documents.
