Base Salary
$270k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate new platform capabilities into demos, labs, and quick-reference guides shortly after release.
- Run Claude Platform training sessions for technical onboarding and ongoing enablement.
- Coach technical sellers on demo delivery through practice sessions and office hours.
- Develop self-service resources and tools for independent learning.
- Provide feedback to the product team on platform features and content needs.
- Track content usage and session feedback to assess effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions architecture or sales engineering.
- Proficiency in writing production-quality code and building technical demos.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agents beyond basic prompting.
- Experience using AI coding tools in daily engineering work.
- Experience delivering live technical training to diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate with sales and go-to-market teams.
