Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across one or more client projects and lead architectural decisions.
- Create technical visions, high-level architectures, delivery roadmaps, estimates, design artifacts, and contractual details for large programs and proposals.
- Support sales, business development, deal qualification, solutioning, Deal Reviews, client presentations, and negotiations.
- Design and deliver scalable Data & AI and data platform solutions, including Agentic AI engagements.
- Guide and mentor data and AI engineering teams and junior colleagues.
- Develop best practices for data management, model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible business value for senior stakeholders and executives.
- Shape Data & AI offerings, accelerators, methodologies, and go-to-market activities.
- Stay current with developments in AI and data technologies and incorporate relevant innovations into client solutions.
- Design for architectural characteristics including performance, security, and reliability.
Requirements
- Excellent working knowledge of GenAI or Agentic AI and Microsoft Fabric and/or Databricks.
- Experience creating technical visions, high-level architectures, and delivery roadmaps for large-scale programs.
- Experience designing and delivering large-scale Data Platform solutions using approaches such as Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Fabric, or Cloud Scale Analytics.
- In-depth understanding of structured and unstructured data analysis, streaming data, IoT, AI, GenAI, and related analytics capabilities.
- Ability to create design artifacts and present them to multidisciplinary architectural forums and senior client executives.
- Ability to lead sales and business development opportunities and engage effectively with clients, partners, and sales teams.
- Awareness of Microsoft and partner ecosystems and channels to market.
- Strong technical leadership, stakeholder communication, client advisory, and mentoring capabilities.
