Responsibilities
- Support department technical functions through software programming, software testing, process analysis, requirements work, reporting, data analysis, data scrubbing, predictive modeling, troubleshooting, documentation, and system administration.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations communicating findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the manager, department members, and other interns.
- Analyze and document business and technical processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
Requirements
- Be graduating in May 2027 or later.
- Be available to work in the office during the internship.
- Be available to intern for at least six months, ideally 12 months.
- Have an understanding of software development and have completed a software development course.
- Demonstrate collaboration, teamwork, problem-solving, communication, critical thinking, adaptability, and strong work ethic.
- Demonstrate business etiquette and business ethics.
- Have strong experience with Microsoft Productivity Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Have knowledge of PC hardware and software.
