Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack features through design, implementation, release, measurement, and iteration.
- Develop agentic AI capabilities including agent orchestration, tool calling, retrieval-augmented workflows, and LLM-powered features.
- Build evaluation, observability, and guardrail mechanisms for AI agents.
- Implement scalable backend and frontend solutions using C#, Python, Angular, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with product, design, data, senior engineers, business stakeholders, and distributed engineering teams.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and quality-focused team practices.
- Potentially participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends, to support production systems.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
- Production software development experience with languages such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience contributing to full-stack applications across frontend, backend, APIs, or data integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Solid understanding of software design fundamentals, testing, and maintainable code.
- Clear communication and effective cross-team collaboration skills.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI, or Model Context Protocol integrations.
- Preferred: exposure to RAG, prompt engineering, or evaluating AI output quality.
- Preferred: experience using AI development tools, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or automated testing.
