Base Salary

$94k - $123k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop and implement governance frameworks for AI tools within CXPI.
Build and maintain automation and AI systems for long-term stability and scalability.
Define technical standards and best practices for AI/automation development.
Create and manage a centralized repository for AI models and automation artifacts.
Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with AI development.
Develop educational materials and provide guidance on AI/automation standards.
Maintain comprehensive documentation related to AI/automation architecture and governance.
Establish and manage a prioritized backlog of AI and automation tools.
Design and maintain internal AI and automation tools.
Write and maintain code for automations.

5-7+ years of experience in technical program management, software development, or AI/ML engineering.
Proven experience in establishing governance frameworks for technical domains.
Deep understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle and technical debt management.
Experience building and maintaining production-grade automation or AI systems.
Ability to synthesize complex technical requirements into clear governance policies.
Strong communication and influence skills to drive consensus on technical standards.
Proficiency in tools for code repositories, version control, and project management.
Experience in a high-growth environment or supporting a customer experience organization is a plus.
Experience writing and maintaining code related to automation is a plus.
