Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team to bring machine learning systems into production.
- Support the design and training of ML models using large-scale clinical datasets.
- Integrate LLM, ASR, RAG, embedding, and other AI solutions into real medical workflows.
- Evaluate, benchmark, and fine-tune existing models for clinical use cases.
- Explore federated machine learning frameworks for privacy-preserving training.
- Collaborate with academic and research institutions.
- Contribute to the reliability, performance, and quality of production AI features.
- Build robust ML pipelines using high-performance computing infrastructure.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong coding background, especially in Python.
- Exposure to PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, Pydantic, LLMs, ASR models, or RAG pipelines with vector databases such as Qdrant.
- Genuine interest in applying new technologies to real-world challenges.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
- GitHub contributions are nice to have.
- Publications at top conferences or demonstrated cutting-edge applied ML results, such as in speech recognition or NLP, are nice to have.
