Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, testing, and delivery of software solutions.
- Build, automate, and maintain cloud-based applications and platforms.
- Support quality assurance through test planning, execution, defect analysis, and test automation.
- Learn and apply DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and observability.
- Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineers to improve application reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Contribute to platform engineering initiatives that improve developer productivity and operational excellence.
- Troubleshoot and help resolve technical issues while working with cross-functional Agile teams.
- Apply software development and engineering best practices to real-world technology projects.
Requirements
- Be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Have completed at least two years of relevant coursework.
- Have an expected graduation date within one to two years.
- Preferred qualifications include a minimum GPA of 3.0, although it is stated as preferred rather than required.
- Have coursework, academic projects, or experience with software development, Java, Python, JavaScript, object-oriented design, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, test automation, Linux, monitoring, infrastructure as code, automation, or developer platforms.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical, teamwork, initiative, written and verbal communication, intellectual curiosity, continuous learning, and ownership.
