Base Salary
$262k - $364k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the multi-year technical goals and strategy for intelligent signals and own the architecture and success of next-generation intelligence initiatives.
- Define end-to-end system architecture using on-device and in-home sensors to enable advanced intelligence and ambient capabilities.
- Advance technical innovation across hardware and software stacks and develop signal-processing solutions.
- Partner with AI, hardware, software, and product teams on strategic roadmaps and deployment of intelligent features.
- Act as the primary technical authority, guide teams through technical pivots, and promote technical excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy, ML design, and working with ML infrastructure, including model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, or fine-tuning.
- 5 years of experience with speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML specialization.
- Experience with sensor fusion and signal processing.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Preferred: experience with artificial intelligence.
