Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software and reporting components across systems or applications.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards within Workday environments.
- Analyze complex data sets and translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
- Use Workday data sources, calculated fields, and report writer tools.
- Troubleshoot and optimize report performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and manage the team in performing project work.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements that improve team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting is additionally stated.
- Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting is required.
- Experience designing and developing custom Workday reports and dashboards.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with Workday data sources, calculated fields, and report writer tools.
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing report performance.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
