Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, troubleshoot, and optimize custom software components and Workday reports.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards using Workday data sources, calculated fields, and report-writing tools.
- Analyze complex datasets and translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Lead process improvements that improve team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting is additionally specified.
- Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting is required.
- Strong experience designing and developing custom Workday reports and dashboards.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with Workday data sources, calculated fields, and report-writer tools.
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing report performance.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
